Our mission statement
The coaches of the Olathe Northwest Volleyball program commit to producing an environment in which student athletes can achieve their goals academically and athletically. These female athletes in our program are held to a high standard. The rewards they gain from working as a team, self-discipline, learning responsibilities, and achieving success will carry them through their life experiences.
